Here's another update from Ukeka:

She is still at work, but she called the police. She is going to have them go with her. Silk is all black -- he looks like a black poodle, not a Yorkie (although he's a Yorkie-Poo). (I saw his picture in her flyer) and is too distinctive for anyone to dispute.

I told her to take her i.d., a flyer that she posted and another adult in addition to the police in case the guy is an idiot! But....the guy could be a good guy and just kept Silk in his yard until he found out further information.

Ukeka was putting up signs this morning. She finished her flyers yesterday.

In this case the microchipping will work to her advantage!!!
