Thanks for all the help. We get the tummy trouble occasionally, and I believe that it has to do with the fact that she had kidney failure as a very young puppy and we really don't know what percent of her kidneys are working. However, she is nearly 7 and wasn't suppose to live past 3 or 4. She is on Royal Canin, and we had her on a kidney diet when she was very young, along with weekly fluids, but she turned the corner and has done very well. We have to be very careful with anything that she may find in the environment though.
