HI lady, I dont usually give a bath until pups are a week or so old. I do what I call a minny bath. Just the back area to clean them up so puppies are not rooting in the bad stuff after giving birth or loose stools. But... I make sure to dry them good before letting them back with the babies. I had to give Lacey Bug a minny bath this morning but was carfull not to get the stitches wet. I know everyone has their own opinion but that is what I do.
