YES! I go to school online at the Academy of Art University. I'm majoring in photography. I would stay away from the University of Phoenix. They are not regionally accredited&that's a very important thing for a school to have because if you take classes there, they will NOT transfer to another college unless the school has regional accreditation. Now, if you wan't to stay at the University of Phoenix¬ go to a different school, then there's no problem, but if you want to transfer courses to a different school, I wouldn't go there. This website is an AWESOME website:
Directory of Online Colleges & Universities | EarnMyDegree.com
Check it out. They have practically every field you can think of&they show you the schools that offer the field you're looking for. But PLEASE check to see if the school is regionally accredited. Most schools are nationally accredited, but the regional accreditation is the best one&that's the accreditation you want. As for going to school online, I love it! It's so so easy&convenient. I can do it whenever I want. I also have a one year old daughter, a Yorkie puppy, a full grown Chihuahua&a full grown cat, so I have my hands full! Yet, I still have time to go to school online. I'm not going to lie - it IS a lot of work&studying - but it's really worth it&it's perfect for me because we can't afford daycare for my daughter. Plus there's no driving involved so you save a lot of money (&let's face it, these days who doesn't want to save gas money?). I hope I helped you! Good luck in your search for the perfect school for you.
