I know exactly what you mean!!! I need a firm pillow that is soft.
I have hunted for years for the perfect one...and I found it at IKEA in Maryland. I LOVE IT!! It's a therapeutic pillow as well and it took a few nights to get use to it. Now I have to fight for it when I go to sleep.
