My baby is just about 6 months and he has finally lost the baby small front bottom and top. He still has his baby canines though. The adult teeth seem to be less opaque and a little more rounded than the baby. I would give your pup a few more months to lose them, sometimes it takes awhile. If by a year they are still there you may want to have them pulled. You can also ask you vet when you bring her to be spayed. If he sees adult teeth coming in he can just pop out the Babies
