All of my girls had to have baby teeth pulled when they got spayed. 2 of my girls had both sets when i got them.
I wouldn't worry to much about them falling out now...just have the vet pull all the baby teeth when she is spayed and she will be just fine. She should have most of her adult teeth at 6 months. She will eat better with her baby teeth gone too.
