if it is in a closed purse or bag.

When I bought Rory, the woman I bought her from told me that I could take her anywhere, restraunts, stores etc. If she was in a closed bag. Most places don't even notice her in it or they don't seem to mind. But a few places have told me that I couldnt bring her in even though she was tethered to the bag and completely inside of it.

I would like to know (for those who live in CA) whether there is a State law allowing or prohibiting this..
