Let me put in my experience with a "breeder" off that site. I too spent many hours and e-mails back and forth to a person for a young Yorkie male. He was totally misrepresented, the only truth was that he only weighed 4 lbs. He however is over 10 inches tall which did not show in the pictures and was not stated to me. I have kept him anyway as he is the most adorable ,loving, cuddly baby ever and I am back to looking for a male to raise for breeding.
The point of all that is that you better SEE the puppy/dog before any money exchanges hands.
