I disagree with this. When someone comes on a forum posting / advertising they open themselves up to being investigated. I am involved with rescue and whether anyone agrees with this or not I for one will ALWAYS look someone up advertising a pup - just to see if they have had any complaints, investigations or if they are a puppymill. Why do I do this? The answer is that I will do whatever I can to expose a puppymill. Not every buyer is savvy and if I can educate someone prior to buying from a bad place or bad breeder then I feel I've done something good. If that seller is on the up and up and has nothing to hide then they should not have a problem with ANYONE checking them out. Just my .02. Elaine
