Educating is one thing.
Going out of one's way to find out one's personal information (name, location, if one is licensed, and where one graduated from) is simply no one's business, especially if you aren't even interested in a puppy.
Assuming that this person is or isn't a puppy mill, do you think if you finding out all this information about this person is going to stop them from breeding puppies?
This has nothing to do with education.
