Yes. This Target is right next door to a Pet Smart, and everytime I would go in on a Saturday I would see at least one dog in there (always small ones in a buggy). In fact the first one we ever saw was a chihuahua that bit my son
I've only taken her in one time, because EVERYONE stopped to talk to us, and I don't want to talk to everyone when I go to Target
I'm pretty sure if I tried to take her in the other Target we have in town, we wouldn't get past the front door.
