In theory, I would tend to agree with the previous posts. But I think that we also might need more information before making assumptions. Of course, if your opinion is a definite "no" on mixed breeds, or on number of different breeds, then no more info is needed on those points.
I did not read every word on the site, but it looks like there are four adults involved in taking care of the dogs and four children. We don't know the ages of the children (unless it was somewhere I didn't read). So it is possible for them to be caring very well for a number of dogs. I didn't read anywhere that stated the actual number, it is possible that with some breeds they only have two dogs for breeding. It is also possible that one person could be "expert" in two breeds (or three if they were similar, more if the person has tons of experience.) It is also possible that they have more than one additional persons working with them.
Please understand that I am not trying to defend this person in particular, as I do not know them. The concerns posted here are very valid. And again, depending on your opinion of mixed breeds and limit on number of different breeds, then you may have all the information you need. And I understand that all the above are only possibilities. However, without more information I personally could not make a decision as to the well-being of the dogs. To me, the care of the dogs is of primary importance.
Please, please, please do not take this post as argumentative or confrontational. I am just stating my opinion that I would need more information before labeling this breeder.
