I found that it just varies so much from manufacturer to manufacturer, and from year to year. Target's small use to fit Joey perfectly, now it's too big, as in too long. Extra small is still too small, and I wish they would make more sizes in this range because Joey seems much more comfortable in the clothes that fit him best.
