Is it her entire body or just one certain area? I know Reagan's face can get smelly sometimes. I've niticed that if I don't put up her hair one day and her eyes start watering it can cause her face to smell. Also just from her eating and drinking and it getting in her beard an odor can build up in that as well.
It may also just be the shampoo you are using. I know in my own hair certain shampoos won't leave my hair smelling good as long as others. I'm sure dog shampoos are the same. I really can't tell you how long Reagan will stay smelling good because the first time we let her out after a bath she's out rolling in the grass and dirt and if that doesn't get her back to smelling like her usual self you can always count on her to find a puddle of mud/water to soak in. I would say though without the grass rolling and stuff she will stay smelling good for a couple days maybe, but even then she doesn't smell bad necessarily just not like the shampoo anymore(like I say though this is if she hasn't been rolling around outside).
