I'm not sure what advice to give you but I had to tell that one of my yorkies swallowed a bee at a local metropark. She started acting strange and I picked her up and ran to the car. She laid in my lap and died on the way to the vet. They were able to resuscitate her and she was fine after that. However, I have been terrified of bees around my yorkies ever since.
