I spoke with the shop owner who sold it to me, and she assures me it has been tested by an independent lab (that's labratory, not Labrador!) and been found to be safe for dogs.
I started using it on Rusty. Can't tell if it's working, but I came home the other day and he had the music blaring and a lampshade on his head.
