Hi, we recently addopted our 1st yorkie ever. He is 4 3/4 month old. I was wondering when and how I can figgure out if he has a sliky/cottony etc coat. His hair is fairly thick and sticks out all over his body and is not really dull or really shiny. the hair on his stop has started changing color but his black on the rest of his body is still coal black. What grooming should I do for him at his age?
