Congrats! That's very exciting!
I would go in with a price list for your products -- usually they will mark it up 50% more than what they are buying it from you for their store. They will probably want to know how much you're asking for it so they can see if it's marketable in that price range to their customers.
Also consignment may be another option where the store carries your line, and if they sell there's a certain profit split.
