Elvis' baby incisors on top have two permanent teeth coming in behind them. His bottom ones are still just the baby teeth. Is this usual? I'm hoping the baby ones will come out before June 17th. He'll be neutered on that day and just don't want the vet pulling teeth, would rather nature takes its course.
