Yes, this site is a scam, not only because they have tons of those institutes, one for every breed, but also because they take your money without sending you what you paid for. You have to get your money back by writing a letter to India. Supposedly Nancy Richards is in California, but in the terms of use you'll be accountable in the courts of West-Bengal, India.
