A cheese crisp is just a flour tortilla with cheese sprinkled on it and heated in the oven. I put mine in the microwave, so I guess you'd call it a cheese soft. LOL I am not sure of the temp of the oven but I'd start with 350 for about 10 minutes, after the preheat. The tortilla is supposed to be crispy so it breaks apart when you pull on it.
