Okay so Maverick has started in with runny poop today really bad. And now tonight he has blood in his runny poop. It is like pure water coming out. And he has just thrown up twice in the last 30 minutes. He hasn't eaten anything he shouldn't of that I know of. I keep pretty good tabs on him. My friend is a vet tech and she gave him some pepto and some other medication for throwing up. I'm hoping he'll feel better but what could cause him to throw up and have runny poops??? He has been eating cat food sicne I got him and I finally put it up so he can't get to it and he has started eating Canidae now on a more regular basis. I'm so worried about him right now.
My friend said if he doesn't do good tonight she'll take him into work with her tomorrow to the vet and she'll make sure he is taken care of but I'm so nervous about tonight. What could I feed him to help him? Is there anything I can give him to make his poop harder? I just want him to feel better. He is acting pretty normal so I don't know. Anyways thanks for any advice at all.
