Interceptor works on parasites like hookworm or heartworm. Ringworm isn't really a worm. Its a fungus. It lives on other animals and in the soil. It feeds on skin cells. If your puppy comes in contact with the spores (like from another dog), they can get it. It can spread alot at the groomers too -- since its on the dogs hair and skin. |
