I'm really glad I was able to help.

Our county humane society is wanting to get it passed here too. I was just wanting to know if it actually helped. Some things I remember reading said no...you really could not tell that it made any impact because people would still breed or else they would just shoot the dog or turn it lose in the county to keep from spending money on a surgery. And the Vets didn't want to lose clients by being a 'nark' if you will. So I was just wondering if it made an impact.
