I know I haven't been on here in a very long time and I apologize for that.

My mom met this woman with a female Shih Tzu under a year old and has papers.

She is home all day but never lets this poor girl out of it's tiny crate the few times she has let her it's with a shock collar and the little dog isn't allowed to bark, have an accident, play nothing they shock her. When my mom told me about this I called her and ripped into this woman about how cruel and abusive she is. She got very angry with me and told me she is just taking her to the pound that she doesn't want to deal with her anymore. So my mom is going to get her till I can find her a home.

I need to find this girl a home. She is free to a good home so I will need to talk to you on the phone or in person if possiable.

I will have pics of her this evening and much more info on her.
