I use a really small comb, to get the gunk. I do it 1-2 times a week. Its a must! Meka recently stayed two weeks w/ my grandmother, who didnt do it at all...and I almost cried having to do it. If you dont stay on top of it, it will harden up and its not a pretty pic... They dont like it, but they need it
