I never heard of such! My moms usually snap at the pups when it is time for them to wean. My puppies are 5 weeks old and only have their side teeth, not their front.I'm letting them nurse as long as she wants them to. The mother should know when itis the right time. When thiose teeth come in good believe me she will wean them.
