 PetSafe bark thing
I have one. It worked well for a month but after that it just randomly would "go off" without any barking, and then would not react when someone barked. Also, we have multiple dogs and their sensitivity to the noise varied. Two of our girls would get very nervous when it was in use and I had one boy who could not have cared less. So what would happen is he would still bark and everyone would be punished. If I had him away from the others it kept everyone quiet (at least when it functioned correctly). I don't use it anymore unless "Be Quiet" is not working ; ) and when I do I use the manual button. Luckily our house is a good distance away from others (and our closest neighbor has a son with a hard rock band so we respect each others' noise LOL) so if they are barking when no one is home so be it. |
