i dont know if i would want to pay for correcting this condition.. if the puppy has this problem, the breeder is responsible for paying for it. she is producing sick puppies if this is true.. the breeder
should be held accountable... stop selling and producing puppies,,
even if he is not perfect, im sure he can be a wonderful pet.. the breeder should pay the new owner.. in my opinion
