Do you have a carseat for Lilly? When Aria was a puppy she would get car sick too until we got her a console carseat. Well she got sick one last time when we put her in it but probably cause she wasn't used to it yet. I think it helped make her feel a little safer, more comfortable when we drove so she wasn't as nervous. It's worth a try?!? Good luck!
