Mine get chicken every night for dinner....I buy boneless skinless chicken breasts and boil them. I just shred it up and give them a small amount...I typically do a few at a time and put it in the food processor so it makes it easier during the week...I usually add just a touch of fat free low sodium chicken broth to it to moisten....spoils them to death but they love it...on the weekends I'll add rice...
