Tonight was the first night of my Freshman Showcase at my performing arts high school. The Showcase is the senior's final project (they have to direct, produce, tech, etc., it). It is a collection of 4 short plays with 2 freshmen in each play and each play is directed by a different senior.
And in between the plays, we did our monolouges that we chose. Unfortunatly, the camera malfunctioned (
) and my Mom couldn't get the play I was in on tape (that's coming tomorrow, if anyone's interested). But she did get my monolouge, so I figured I'd post it on here.
So, this is me doing a scene from Romulus Linney's "Songs of Love" and my character is Lillian.
