That reminds me of my sister's Maltese lol. I would let her know if anybody knows how to break the barking non-stop habit. She barks a lot at everything to the point that we suspect she is OCD (maybe she is?). My parents cannot even come back from grocery shopping and put bags on the floor or else she will bark her head off until you keep each and every item! She barks at airplane flying by (serious!), she barks at looking at a dog's picture on the monitor (just a picture, no sound), barks at the pail just because we used it and couldn't put it back to the exact spot that was originally placed, just barks at everything that you can think of.
