I'm not real sure if I understand what color your female pup is? From what you are saying, Parti sire bred to a non parti carrier mom would make your girl a parti carrier (not a parti). Or is your girl parti colored? If she is tri colored, than her dam has to be a parti carrier.
In order to get the parti coloring, both mother and father have to each pass on 1 parti gene to the pup.
It would be very unlikely for a parti who is bred to a standard, to produce a parti pup unless the standard parent was actually a parti carrier.
You may be able to double register you AKC yorkie with CKC and register her pups with CKC when breeding to your CKC stud.
