I am not sure that I am reading this correctly. You say that your female is a parti color, along with her father...however, you say that the dam is a traditonal that is NOT a carrier.

Is this what you meant to write?? It's not possible to produce a full parti unless the mom were to be a carrier or full parti. Also, no it's not possible to breed a parti to a traditional (unless they carry the piebald gene) and get the tri color...they would just create carriers. You also asked about registering them...you will not be able to register these puppies with AKC because the male is CKC.
