I have one of those metal play yards for Copper. He hasn't jumped it yet. It is 4 ft. high. You can get them in different heights. They fold up when you don't use them. and I have made it smaller when he was little by folding and using one of those plastic ties that you can buy at the hardware stores that you pull up as much as you want and then cut the ends off.
Copper is 6 months old, and is not much of a jumper yet. He has just learned how to jump up on the couch this week, and still has trouble doing that.
I think they make those play yards in plastic, too. I have seen those at Petsmart. I got mine at Pet Supermarket.
