Crystal - we have a very active Michigan meet-up group. If you search for the thread by 2Parises, she is hosting a birthday party meet-up on 5/24 in Owosso (near Lansing). We usually have a meet-up once a month. Many of them are in St. John's and there is also a meet-up in Dearborn. We have a great time and several of us (myself included) drive 1-2 hours to get to these meet-ups!!!!!!
Maybe we will see lots of our YT Michiganders at the 5/24 meet-up?!
