The breeder was well aware, as well as the vet who signed the health certificate. We did not ship the dog back as it was obvious from the inhumane breeder, Ringworm puppy or no $ back. Imagine $1500 for a puppy that is sick. Vet bills are just beginning, as well as a poor puppy that is forced to remain in quarentine. 4-6 weeks at least. I couldn't allow that puppy to go back to someone who looked at her as $$$$$, not a puppy in need. Imagine how dirty that kennel must be for a puppy who as obviously been caged her whole 4 months of life from her actions, to come down with ringworm.

Do not pay by money order, at least pay by credit card and if they do not accept, I advise against it. No recourse, or at least not very easy. Also, verify if the breeder/kennel is registered with the town they are from and check for any complaints against them. Otherwise we learned there is very little recourse online, since online they are not regulated.

If anyone is reading this and has any insight for me of how to put this breeder out of operation or if it is ok to use their name to deter potential buyers from making this same mistake, please advise.

Hi, and thank you for your advise. I am leaning away from the internet their has to be a good breeder locally. I do not have any advise from expierence on how to put the breeder out of operation. But the thread Www.tinydarlings.com in the General Yorkie Discussion Forum is about a breeder that has not gave the puppies to numerous paid buyers because many of excuses (one being the puppy is sick). I know that is a little different situation as yours because you did recieve you puppy. But mabie their would be some helpful information to you as well.
