I'm sorry, it's called
Picture People. I go to the one at the Cherry Hill Mall. It is the place with the colorful props and the cute baby pics in the window. But they absolutely do animals as well and I don't think they are too expensive unless you are coerced into buying a huge package.
I tried to find a price list online, but couldn't.
