Hi there you are going to be charged a final value fee, you can get this credit back by going to e-bay home page and click on the site map at the right hand corner of the page. Once there you can scroll down that page to seller account, and click on final value fee credit, and fill out the information on there so you will not get charged for this fee. You can also relist that item at no charge when going thru this process. Hope this helps! Oh and yes I would leave this lady negative feedback because, she could have contacted you or withdrew her bid before the end of the auction! You just can't buy, then change your mind, I don't believe that people realize it cost sellers good money to sell on e-bay! Good Luck!
