I agree
Sometimes its hard not to get heated about something you feel very passionate about, thats why people just need to walk away if they cannot say something nicely. They dont need to say "I dont have anything nice to say so I wont say anything" they can just not say anything at all. Is it that importent that the world know that you dont agree with someone anyway? I have learned to not even read a news article if I know its something that upsets me. No point in getting yourself so worked up over something you cannot change, it isnt healthy for you. Its been a process for me, I am still growing, and I can get upset at things too, but kindness goes much further than anger when you are trying to get through to someone
