I know I don't have the 'experience' yet, I just don't think people should be so miserable to the point that they hate every single thing about their job including the kids. My dad has always said, if it gets to the point where it isn't fun, find something that is. I have to agree. |
That's true, but most teachers have problems with the following things (that are things that should be fought for to change):
1. too much state testing
2. principals not being supportive of teachers
3. kids not being disciplined
4. school rules not being followed
5. some teachers do their jobs while others are allowed to do as they wish
6. parents running the school
7. money spent on things that aren't needed
8. too much responsibility being placed on teachers without giving additional help
9. No Child Left Behind
10. not enough focus on alternate subjects ie... art, music, drama, languages
