I used to think the same thing about Indiana! He never peed on me, but i would take him out and he would go, then when we would come in he would play with my other dogs and pee again in 5 minutes. It does get better. He is now 6months and just getting what I would call good at holding it. He only just started going to the door in the last week. He's really good in the crate though, and sleeps 8 hours at night without an accident. Just stay consistent and don't give up!
