Oh, my! Dog gas is the worst, lol! Well, if it were me - I'd get him off that food bc something isn't working for him, and he's probably pretty uncomfortable inside - just like humans are uncomfortable with gas. There is something irritating his system to be causing the gas, so it's probably best to try something else, which is rather a pain, I know.
