After she will consistently come, you can hold off on the treats. And, give them only occasionally when she comes to you in the future. This way she is never certain if she will get the treat or not, but she'll come just in case she is.

This is how we've trained as well. But one additional thing that someone shared was that when training "come", make sure to ALWAYS touch their collar/harness. That way, you avoid the "treat and dash" response to the command. If everything else is going well, that is terrific!!
