Yorkies definitly have their own personality! Yorkies were originally bred to fight off rats and other rodents, and one of my yorkies definitly possess this trait. If were at Petsmart and we walk by the small animals, he goes crazy trying to get them. He'll be perfectly fine until he sees them. My other yorkie could care less about them. If you get a yorkie as a puppy though, you can raise them from the start to get a long with your chinchillas.
