Just look at the thousands of little dogs who come from deplorable conditions living outside in a mill for much of their lives only to have the mills shut down and these little ones finding loving home. They have to learn what everything is since the only thing they knew was an outside cage void of humans, love, medical care, good food, toys and so one. They do wonderfully after being adopted and your new baby will too! Just get her to the Vet. and try to take a stool sample with you so they can check for parisites. Did you get a contract? It would be good if you did so they are responsible for any serious medical problems. I'm sure things will work out fine, but be prepared to have Vet. bills if she has really bad inner breeding. If you have serious doubts about getting her, then see if you can get your deposit back.
