You don't have to worry about shipping $$$ if you purchased chicken drumsticks and similar bones for your dog to eat. That would be the "prey model" way of feeding.
Many dogs have the right instinct about yucky k*bble and require serious coaxing at feeding time! Mine was no exception....

I'm not knocking my friends on here (shout out to my girl, Ann) feeding the pre-made nuggets, but you DO have other options if you want to go RAW!

Tucker is really really picky and just to get him to eat I have to take him outside and let him watch the birds while I hand feed him his kibble....even then he doesn't eat enough, but it's better than nothing.
