I have seen them turn all silver (I know it is off-standard, but very pretty) after having the grey on top.....and I have also seen it turn again to the proper gold. If you know the parents (and preferably grandparents) coloring it could help. But really with Yorkies you can't be 100% sure until it's all done changing.
